HOPE

Our school has one ultimate goal—to bring each child into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ. We endeavor for our students to mature into authentic Christians who surrender themselves completely to God, allowing Him to be Lord of their lives and transform them from self-centered sinners into loving disciples.

This objective is the reason we exist. Every aspect of our program is targeted towards and measured against our mission. Therefore our educational approach is holistic; the spiritual, mental, physical and social development of our students is integrated, not isolated. We are intentional in our efforts and we improve our plans frequently. With Jesus as the Supreme Example, our aim is to provide our students with “HOPE”.

Daily worships; chapels, Bible classes, witnessing opportunities, service opportunities such as Penny War, Christmas shoe box; Bible study and Bible teaching leadership opportunities, See you at the pole, Biblical conflict resolution

Spiritual Leadership Training—chapel presentations & mentoring, GN101, chapel buddies, student-led WOW, spiritual retreat, planning worship in class

Practical life skills as well as academic skills taught

Vocational modules provided in grades 5-8; 90th composite percentile ranking on standardized tests; rigorous curriculum; educational field trips at all grade levels, music festival and music in general, career day

Encouraging and nurturing the God-given potential in each child, while developing an appreciation for the uniqueness in others

Family atmosphere—chapel buddies, older students read aloud to younger, spirit week, harvest festival, school picnic

Learning specialist on staff to assist with differentiation/remediation;  small classroom size to promote individualized instruction;  active parent and church-member participation in the life of the school; extracurricular activities; develop leadership, social & peacemaking skills (conflict resolution), random acts of kindness, talent show

Service Education—nursing home (1-2 program, 3-4 read, 5-6 games), trash pick-up, leaf raking, senior citizens' Thanksgiving program, J2B, bells performances, canned food collection, shoeboxes, Jump Rope for heart.
